Tips and Toes D-Fine eyeliner is available in a small
see through glass bottle, just like any other eyeliner….no fancy packaging. This
has a smooth, flowy and liquid consistency hat glides very easily and is easy
to apply. It also doesn’t cause any breakout or stings. One single swipe is
enough to get the desired jet black shade and this lasts up to 6-7 hours. Tips and Toes D-Fine eyeliner can also resists
water, but not Waterproof as few water rubs can remove it out. The brush of the
Tips and Toes D-Fine eyeliner is very convenient to use that is useful to get a
precise line. You can define your eyes as you like with a nice, smooth finish. This eye liner is jet black and superb pigmented.
This takes 5 mins to dry nicely, but doesn’t flake or smudge.
